From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. After a challenging and interesting career as a senior leader, consultant and non-executive director in pensions, I am now so pleased to be able to use what I have learnt to help others in their careers.

 

I live in Swansea with my husband Rob and two children, Steffan and Heti (pictured celebrating International Women's Day with me). 

 

Life for me is all about finding the right balance to be happy :).

I enjoy the challenge of juggling family life, work and volunteering to maintain fulfillment.

Alongside coaching, I am researching in the space of Community Psychology and Wellbeing as part of a PhD with Swansea University.​
